This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Centrally located to all ski resorts; walking distance to forest trails and wilderness areas. 5 minutes to Blue River, Outlet shopping and restaurants. Eagle's Nest Wilderness boundary, Lily Pad Pond and Buffalo Cabin Trailhead are nearby. Very quiet building.
NOTE: We manage a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo directly across the hall for additional space.

Prospector Village is the ideal, affordable Colorado getaway for family and friends. This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The balcony overlooks the Gore Mountain Range and Lake Dillon. Equipped for time together – there's the fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room with flatscreen TV, and plenty of room to spread out – the condo also offers room for everyone: two full bedrooms on 2 levels, sleeper sofa, and two full baths, not to mention the amazing balcony and spacious club house.
Right in the center of it all, in scenic Wildernest and minutes from 5 major ski resorts. Prospector Village is just a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And FYI, we're just 15.1 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to ski over Memorial Day Weekend.

Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.
