Blue River Flats 2-202, located in Silverthorne, is a free shuttle ride to the Keystone and Breckenridge slopes. What's more, we're just 14.2 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to ski over Memorial Day Weekend.

Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

We had a wonderful time at Blue River Flats. The condo was right on the tranquil Blue River. We enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the balcony as we watched the kids wade in the water. It was perfect. The location of the condo was great. We were able to bike on the Dillon Reservoir (5 minutes away), and hike in Breckenridge (20 minutes away) and Vail (40 minutes away). The condo was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the entire place was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. We will definitely be back for ski season!

Great stay! The views from this place are amazing. The balcony is river facing which makes for a great sunrise. The condo is perfect: clean, easily accessible, comfortable, and has everything you may need. The proximity to outdoor activities is beyond incredible- I could spend a whole summer hiking and not do the same trail twice. The bonus there is a Target not too far off so no fear of not having anything. I will stay at this property in the future for sure.

This condo was great for my family of 6. A very well appointed condo with a wonderful river to enjoy while sitting on the back deck. Super easy to get to Keystone and Breckinridge ski resorts from here. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby for any last minute needs. Lyndsey and Sameer were super easy to work with and made our experience perfect! Couldn't be happier!
