The home is exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and well kept. The property is in what we thought to be a safe and quiet neighborhood. Very close to beaches and shopping at siesta key. I would definitely rent this home again if I were in the area!

We had a GREAT time at Big Bear #4004! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for two couples. We were able to easily get to all of the activities of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The views were spectacular and it was very quiet, even though we were in the middle of Pigeon Forge. We would recommend this condo for anyone who wants to get away from it all at a great price.

Property was situated in a great spot, just for enough outside of town for a view but close enough to get anywhere downtown in minutes. Private back yard was worth the price of admission alone for our dog. Staff was always super responsive and offering their availability if we needed anything, would book again!

Very clean and so spacious. Our family of 6 adults, 1 teen, and 2 toddlers fit perfect. Close to the beach and great indoor and outdoor pools. Walmart is right down the street for supplies and food. We used the kitchen in the condo a lot. There were plenty of dishes. The only suggestion I have is upgrading the mattresses. They were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The house was immaculate and well equipped for 6 adults over a long weekend. Felt like we were staying in someone's home, not a rental, which made relaxing very easy. Far enough away from the main drag and all the noise, but close enough to walk to and from the beach/shops.
