You will feel at home the moment you walk in the door. The living room has a sofa, 4 chairs and a 65” smart TV with youtube TV live. The galley kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, countertop ice maker, stove/oven, air fryer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kitchen utensils and traditional/Keurig coffee maker. The dining area is just off the kitchen and features a round table seating for 5 plus 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. There are doors that take you to the south side of the house with outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee. The family room is a great place to hang out and unwind featuring a sofa, love seat and 65” smart TV with youtube TV live and an arcadia door that takes you to the backyard with private pool. Enjoy the large covered back patio, BBQ grill and 2 lounge chairs. The Laundry room is located in the garage just off the dining area/kitchen.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, 50" Smart TV, dresser and private master bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower. Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, Guest bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed and Guest bedroom #3 has two Twin size beds.

Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Our professional cleaners use CDC-approved products to sanitize and disinfect each of our properties. We also employ each bed with triple sheeting components which are laundered after each guest visit.

We have available for an additional fee a third party executive transportation to and from the airport as well as to other parts of the valley, Sedona, Flagstaff and other tourist areas. After booking and upon request we will provide you contact information and you will work directly with them for scheduling and payment.
