My family and I had a wonderful stay. Everyone had plenty of room to hang out or for privacy. The decorations were beautiful. The furniture was in amazing shape as well as the appliances. There was a guard on duty at all times and we were walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be back!

The condo was very nice and clean. We felt very comfortable staying there during these times. We had a great time and wanted to stay another week but unfortunately had to come home. Would definitely stay at this condo again and book through iTrip.

Had a wonderful time. Charming clean well maintained. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Only feedback that's not positive is the door lock. It takes three hands to get in: 1 to punch in the key code and turn the deadbolt, 1 to turn the doorknob and 1 to hold your phone to read the code. Overall I would highly recommend and will stay again in the future!

Love(d) this condo! Wonderfully appointed, providing plenty of space for the two of us, and a wonderful view from the lanai. The whales were visible from the lanai this time of year, mixed with wonderful dinners in Lahaina. Awesome!

One of the nicest places at the beach

We have stayed in multiple condos in Orange Beach and The Palms 716 is one of the nicest we've experienced. Clean, spacious and a well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture and beds. The balcony is huge and the view can't be beat. We love The Palms because it is a smaller complex than others so you don't end up waiting forever for elevators. Highly recommend!
