Overall the house was very spacious and well designed throughout. The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that the kitchen had everything I needed if I wanted to cook something etc. The pool in the backyard was perfect for relaxing and if you prefer the beach, it is close and within walking distance. The house was wonderful and I had no complaints whatsoever.

We brought extra family this holiday trip, so we needed an extra condo. Half of us stayed in the grandparents golf villa and half in this condo. It was perfect stay for two couples, and worked for a sunset dinner for 8 of us. We loved the golf view and walkable resort. Don't forgot to golf and play pickle ball as well as walk the beach. We love Edgewater!

We rented this beautiful home for a special family vacation and it did not disappoint! This house was perfect for the 10 of us! We loved the location, amenities, the pool and hot tub, plenty of linens, and how well stocked the kitchen was. Mark (the property manager) was friendly, communicated well, and nice to work with.

This was our third consecutive year spending Thanksgiving at 313 Little Moon Trail. It’s become so familiar it’s like a home away from home now. The views of downtown Steamboat and of the Sleeping Giant can’t be beat!

This place was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. The house was super clean and well stocked. Easy access to the beach and pool. We were within walking distance of the boardwalk, restaurants, beach shops and convenience stores. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again.
