Walk your furry friend to Arlington Park; it's only 1.3 miles down the road with an outdoor swimming pool, gymnasium, Tulip Bloom home is centrally located to everything great in Sarasota. Close by are plenty of restaurants and spa's as well as Westfield Siesta Key mall. Our famous #1 rated Siesta Key Beach is a short 5 miles away plus Siesta Key's village shops and restaurants are there too.

Park your car in the driveway and enter into the hallway just off the kitchen. The kitchen is brand new with white cabinets, white/gray solid stone granite countertops, a French door style stainless refrigerator, large farm style stainless sink, dishwasher, oven with 5 burner black glass top and stainless built-in microwave above. Enjoy cooking meals at home instead of going out to dinner every night. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils, cups and basic appliances including a coffeemaker. For ease of serving meals, there's a dining table for 4 off to the side in the kitchen. Around the corner is the living room with a flatscreen TV. You'll love the sofa with the built-in ottoman.....stretch out and relax after a long day at the beach or from sightseeing and shopping!
Walk thru the sliding doors into the parlor room. No TV in this room...perfect setting to enjoy some peace & quiet or an afternoon adult beverage with friends. There's a wood desk in the corner where you can work from home.
From the parlor room let Fido out to runabout the back yard. Keep in mind, it is not landscaped and trees have been removed recently so it's a bit patchy.....please watch your fur baby because although it is fully fenced, accomplished escape artists may find a way out. You have an outdoor grill and table for 4 with an umbrella on the back patio so grill up your favorite meats! Grilled sausage or burger anyone?.
There are two bedrooms and two baths. A small bathroom with a tiled shower is located off the kitchen by the entry door and laundry closet. The main bath is in-between the two bedrooms. Stacked washer and dryer in the home. There is a full bathroom with a tub situated between the two bedrooms located off the living room. The King master bedroom is spacious with plenty of light, Terrazzo flooring, dressers and a wall-mounted flatscreen. The queen guest bedroom has lots of light, Terrazzo flooring and a huge closet for two people. No tv in the Queen bedroom. The bright and cheery main bath has a tub/shower combo and tiled flooring.
Wish a walkabout!?....no problem. Tap the Matterport Video link and with your laptop and mouse you can walk thru Tulip.
The home is older including older sliders but the kitchen is brand spanking new including all new appliances. The A/C unit is new as well. The fenced backyard is not professionally landscaped and is left natural. This means that your dog doesn't need to "tip toe around".
**You must get permission to bring Fido prior to booking. Prefer only one WELL-BEHAVED dog but if you have two, call us and ask. A refundable pet deposit is required.
