Vacation in this Bungalow Duplex located on the south end of Siesta Key, Florida. Oh so private and quiet! It's a short walk to Crescent Beach (5 min) or if you prefer, hang out at the swimming pool overlooking the tidal pond under the Floridan palms....your choice and either way is a win win! Lease the entire duplex having 4 bedrooms/ 4 baths and 2200 sqft all to yourselves or lease half the duplex for the week or by the month. This unit is the left hand side. We can meet your needs! Only a 3 minute walk to Clayton's Siesta Grille, a local's favorite. Many other local favorites are just a short walk away including the new Daiquiri Deck located by the South Bridge or the coffee shop which just opened up next to Orange Octopus - fresh local ice cream.
Walk thru the front door into your home away from home with all NEW flooring..... Lovely brown leather sofa and loveseat seats 5 comfortably with volume exposed beam ceiling just adds to the spacious comfortable cozy feel. Enjoy the large 46" flat screen TV, Fios Wifi/Cable for your family entertainment. There is tile throughout the living areas and kitchen.
The kitchen has newer dark walnut cabinets, dark and light gray solid stone countertops, white appliances including a full size dishwasher, glass top stove/oven, standard size refrigerator and built-in microwave. Included are dishes, stemware, cups and saucers to allow the cook in your family to whip up your favorite meals anytime during your stay. Dining table sits conveniently off the kitchen next to a window. The kitchen opens up into the lanai sitting room where one can enjoy peace and quiet while reading a good book or perusing your favorite magazine. Included in the lanai are two barstools at the pass-thru opening into the kitchen. The door in the den leads out into the pool & patio area with another high top dining table for 4 people. The lush landscaping with canal views is sure to please! Enjoy barbecuing a burger or dog with the provided grill on the paver brick patio pool area. Each side has it's own grill. Utensils are in the kitchen but propane is not provided upon it emptying. Please refill at any Publix, Ace Hardware, Walmart etc.
The master bedroom is located off the living room with a lovely Queen bed, a flat screen TV and a great view of the pool & tidal pond. For your privacy there is an en-suite bathroom with step-in shower. A window makes for great natural light and ease of getting ready for the day.
The second bedroom has twin beds, new wood tile flooring, flat screen TV and closet to put all your belongings making you feel right at home.
Plenty of beach and pool accessories are in the garage as well as the washer and dryer which is also shared with the duplex next door. No parking inside the garage but there's plenty of parking in the driveway. Stand up paddle-board and kayak available for your use which are to be shared with the other side of the duplex.
This property is older but it is clean and in a great location.
Please note: If leasing only half the duplex, you will share the private pool, garage toys and full size washer and dryer that's located in garage. The pool is not heated.
No smoking inside the unit. Stay far from open windows or doors when smoking outside. If smoke drifts indoors, you will be charged an extra deep cleaning fee. NO pets please. This property is NOT suited for very small children due to the tidal pond in the back and the owner is very insistent on no spring breakers, high schoolers or parties. This is a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and our renters tend to be adults who like peace and quiet. We want to keep it that way.

Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as boat rentals. Near Point of Rocks for good beach fishing, too.
