House was perfect for our size (4 adults, 4 kids)! Very clean and owner/management very responsive. House close to beach; could easily walk to public access but we also rented a golf cart during our trip to get around the island.

As first timers to St. Augustine, the Penthouse welcomed us to warm beaches a 30 second walk away and a downtown experience like no other. Our first impression of the area, along with a clean, quaint, and private room, will keep us coming to St. Augustine for years to come.

Apartment was clean, neat and comfortable. Linen service was as advertised and the Parking Area was close by. TV's could be a little overwhelming but we don't come to OC to watch TV. Also appreciated the quick response we received for a minor furniture issue ( Thanks Roger ! ).

Perfect place!

Our family of 15 loves this house. It was our second year and we could not be more pleased. The home is so comfortable and between the two levels we have enough space so that no one feels crowded. The easy access to be beach is also great. We hope to make it a 3rd year in 2024.

iTrip is Great!

itrip vacations were great. Very responsive and easy to reach. Unfortunately our rental property wasn't very high quality but Madison was very helpful with other questions that we had. I do think it would have been nice if they'd let us know that the pools wouldn't be open when I had specifically inquired about Covid 19 impacts. That was disappointing. Beach was great!
