Welcome to "Cypress Dunes" This brand new, beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and located in the desirable gated community of Cypress Dunes!
Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at (Vacayzen) Live Well 30A! This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!
The amazing Cypress Dunes subdivision is located on the South Side of 30A, and boasts 2 community pools, one heated, and the other being a large infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Cypress Dunes also has tennis courts, an exercise room, and outdoor fireplace, all available for your enjoyment while you're a guest in the home. There are also walking trails and boardwalks that meander through the neighborhood, and directly over the beautiful 200 year old Cypress ponds!! All this to enjoy, and you are only a mile from 30A's newest beach access! With brand new bathrooms, parking, and a ramp down to the sand, you are sure to enjoy all the new access has to offer!
The home itself, is a beautiful new home, boasting 3 spacious bedrooms and a large bunk room! Each bedroom has its very own bathroom, allowing everyone in the group to have their own personal space! When you would like to spend time together there are 2 good sized screened in porches as well as 2 over-sized balconies!! The balcony off the front of the home has bragging rights, as it boasts a view of Gulf of Mexico...although the view of the neighborhood green space from the other balcony is not too shabby either! Any one of the homes 4 outdoor spaces make the perfect spot for you morning coffee/tea, and your evening nightcap!
As you approach the home, the first thing you will notice is the spacious screened in porch, with enough seating for everyone in your group! Opening entering the home, you are welcomed by the open concept family room, dining, and kitchen area so no one is ever left out of the family conversation! The dining table has seating for 8, while there is seating at the large kitchen island for an additional 4 guests. Cozy up in the family room for a family movie night in front of the large flat screen tv.
Moving from the family room down the hall you will see a half-bath for the groups convenience, and the first of the homes 4 bedrooms. This first floor master is the perfect spot for family members who don't love the stairs! A queen bed, and a large bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower, are sure to make any guest feel right at home. There is access from this room to a large screened in balcony.
On the 2nd floor of the home you will find the homes additional 3 bedrooms, an additional 3 bathrooms, and the homes good sized laundry room! The guest suite is furnished with a queen sized bed, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as access to a large private balcony with seating and a hammock for relaxing the day away! The Master Suite boasts a king sized bed, a large en-suite complete with a large soaking tub, and walk-in shower, as well as access to a large private balcony with gorgeous Gulf VIEWS!! Next to the master suite, you will find the homes bunk room. In the bunk room there are 2 sets of twin over twin bunks, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Completing the top floor of the home is small office nook for those of you who aren't able to leave work completely behind.
This home is conveniently located on the same street as the swimming pool, making it an easy walk over to cool off after a long day at the beach!
