Sea Bluffs #12 is a Newly Remodeled 2BR/2.5 BA beach town-home located along the beautiful 'Emerald Coast', in the Blue Mountain Beach area of 30A. Blue Mountain is located on the Southside of 30A in a quiet and family friendly beach area.
While staying at our Town-home you will be able to enjoy its many comforts and amenities. From quite mornings on the balcony, sipping that first cup of coffee to exciting afternoons at the beach and poolside. You will discover that you have found the perfect vacation spot while visiting our condo. Sea Bluffs #12 is beautifully appointed and has just recently been remodeled Spring of 2015. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, a spacious living area with 55" T.V., Bar-b-Que Gas grill with table and chairs on the main patio, and bistro table and chairs on the second floor balcony. Sea Bluffs is located just walking distance away from a health food store, bike/kayak rentals, restaurants, and shopping . Explore all of the 30A communities via bike. A 22 mile paved - walking/jogging/biking trail extends the length of 30A and passes along side of beautiful beaches, coastal dune lakes, and picturesque beach towns. You can enjoy the many beach communities while staying at our condo. Each community has its own special appeal as well as unique artists. Be sure to check out Alys beach and the weekly outdoor concerts and movies, as well as Rosemary, Watercolor, and Seaside for unique shopping and dining experiences.

We are sorry that the guest had some concerns during their visit. We appreciate the feedback, but must mention that we were never contacted at any point during the guest visit to address any of the concerns. We do request in our booking agreement and in other correspondence that guests reach out to us if there are concerns about the cleanliness of our condo or concerns in general. The guest departed our unit on the morning of the 15th and immediately left the assessment of our property - prior to the condo being cleaned, the owner did a walk through on the 16th and noted no stains on the comforters and no bugs. The owner reached out to us and pest control requesting an additional treatment for the unit - this condo is on a monthly pest control program. Regarding supplies in the condo - in our correspondence and booking agreement guests are informed that we supply an initial supply of paper products and soaps. Depending on guest usage and group size we state guests may need to pick up additional supplies during their stay. Also, our description of the unit is very clear and states that it has "partial Gulf views". This unit is in the 2nd building and is poolside. In regards to the beach access, we would like to point out that less than 10% of the beach accesses in Walton County / 30A have direct beach access without the use of stairs. Walton County has the highest elevation in all of Florida, thus the access to our beaches requires use of stairs. This is something that guests should consider when visiting our area. Our condo is an amazing place to stay as is evidenced by the reviews that we receive. We are sorry that this guest was not completely satisfied, but feel that with better communication their visit and subsequent review would have been much better. We encourage future travelers to read the reviews of our past guests and across all marketing sites and to contact us with any questions about the property or the 30A area. Thank you.
