Upon walking into the large, private, backyard oasis, you will see an updated comfortable outdoor seating area, and an outdoor dining area where you and your family can relax and enjoy the beautiful weather! There is also a grill for your family's personal use, and an outdoor shower to rinse off all the fun you had at the beach. The homes 2 designated parking spots make finding a spot to park a breeze. Speaking of breezes, you'll be caressed by an amazing sea breeze from one of the two balconies on the home's 2nd story. You can lounge in the comfortable seating area on the balcony off the master, or sit and enjoy the view of the tennis courts from the smaller balcony at the front of the home. After a day of enjoying all Rosemary Beach as to offer, relax the night away in the spacious courtyard where you can unwind under the stars.The kids can enjoy a movie on the mounted flat screen T.V. in the "kids" room, or make it a family move night, and enjoy the picture on the large mounted flat screen T.V. in the family room. You can enjoy a good nights sleep in one of the homes 3 private bedrooms. Beach access is only a 3 minute bike ride away! If you need a break from the beach, or just want to explore the area, you are in luck. There are 3 different community pools you’ll have access to, and you’re only about a 8 minute walk, or 2 minute bike ride to town center where you can enjoy all the area has to offer.
