to describe in one word - awesome!! the house is homey - which suited us just fine. it was clean and well laid out. but the deck - that's worth it all right there! the beach at your feet and the ocean beyond - life doesn't get any better than that. the people in the town were friendly as well - all in all - we enjoyed every second. hope to return.

Great stay at Lichenhearth

This was a wonderful vacation for a family wedding. Pool was very accessible and everything worked very well in the condo. The staff was responsive to questions. I would love to stay here again. Only issue was curtain covering door to patio and I reported that above. Best wishes, Lynn

We frequently stay at many of the houses on this street, hosted by Itrip. Winter is always a pleasure to deal with and is super responsive to any needs. The Sabadeco house (front house) has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It’s 1 block to the beach, so it’s an easy walk and there is a vendor you can rent chairs and an umbrella from at the closest beach. Nearby to everything!

We were very happy with our condo. Nice and clean and lots of supplies. Great location. The only issue is the twin beds need to be replaced, they are unstable and we needed to fix the legs on one of them, it would be better to have at least a queen bed if a king does not fit in there.

The apartment is very nice and very well decorated, it's easy to find and with all the comfortable things descripted on the ad. Very near to the n° 1 USA beach. We loved the place, we loved the cleaning of the apartment and we had a great time. For sure next trip to Sarasota we would like to stay here.......
