What a cute home. It was perfectly located for all we wanted to do when visiting Charleston. We were so comfortable here and really felt at home. It was my children's first visit to the area and we packed a lot into a short time. We had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this house to friend.s

Great location and easy walk to the beach. The back patio is super cute! Our kids couldn't stop talking about the bunk beds. The owners were really responsive throughout the process, from the time we booked the rental through our stay.

The apartment is comfortable with plenty of sleeping space. We weren’t use to the Nest ac control but figured it out. The one bathroom was a challenge with all of us (5) and 2 of them teenagers. The walking distance was ok for younger people a little far for us old folks. It’s close to several restaurants for take out or eat in. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others .

We had a great time at this wonderful IOP house. It has a great location — it feels secluded but it is easy walking distance to the main IOP area. Easy beach access. Beautiful home. Awesome communication. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was very clean, everything was as in the description, no surprises. We literally walked out the back door and walk to all of the great night spots and in the morning for coffee and breakfast. We will most definitely rent this convenient nice house again!!!!
