We stayed for three nights. The rooms are small but manageable. The screened-in porch is nice but you can only access it through one of the bedrooms. And it sits next to an apartment complex with balconies. A loud, disruptive group was on the balcony directly across from us during our stay. You enter the apartment by climbing a steep stairway. This will be an issue for people with disabilities or other problems climbing stairs. Despite the premium price (because of its beach block location) you must bring all of your own (quoting our iTrip check-in email) "linens, towels, spices, oils, paper and plastic goods, i.e. paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, salt, pepper and oils." We had a dispute over cleaning. On the refrigerator is an extremely detailed checkout list requiring renters to extensively clean, wipe and vacuum the entire place. My wife and I have always respected the many vacation properties we've rented. So we spent an hour cleaning the unit, even vacuuming the stairway. We then complained about having to pay a $125 cleaning fee. Our iTrip manager said in an e-mail: "I agree that it's confusing and that the sign on the fridge should make clear that it refers to LINGO customers." (People renting through local realtor Jack Lingo and not iTrip/VRBO). He requested a fee refund but the owner refused. She sent two pictures claiming we left a little hair in a plastic drain catch and soap smears on a door. Our $125 apparently paid for those. Lesson learned.

The location of this house is super! It is half a block off of the boardwalk. The house was cute and clean. Six of us stayed there and it was spacious. I would definitely recommend staying there.

My husband and I, and our son and his girlfriend had a great week in Rehoboth. 7 Hickman St. had everything we needed. Best of all was the screened deck, the view of the ocean, and the convenience to the beach and boardwalk. Also, the comfortable beds and large screen TVs made us feel at home away from home. We also appreciated how well the wi-fi and air-conditioning worked. We would stay here again.

This second floor apartment was in a very convenient location - couple houses down from the beach, several blocks to the restaurants. The washing machine/dryer were a plus as was the WiFi. The only downside was that my family and the second family had small kids (under 2) and the stairs were a hazard. So I would not recommend this to family with small children. Otherwise this was a fine place to stay.

Thanks very much for the nice review! Stairs are certainly a consideration for families with small children.
