The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. Plenty of room to spread out. No issues with anything. Would not hesitate to go back here again. Right on the beach-couldn't get any closer. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We saw dolphin and stingray from the balcony. First time to go away for 4 full weeks and couldn't have enjoyed it more.

Great stay at mermaid manor

Had a great stay! Beautiful house in a great location convenient to everything. Nice quiet walkable neighborhood. Comfortable beds, beautiful pool and hot tub. Enjoyed spending time poolside on the lanai. Having access to beach chairs, a wagon and coolers was nice as we travel by air. Communication with the property management company was great. Easy check in/out.

Cutest beach getaway!

We loved this property! We were in town for a baby shower in Newburyport and needed a place to stay for the weekend; this place was perfect. The penthouse was very cute and clean and less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Newburyport - very convenient! We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and the beautiful sunset views in the evening. Would definitely recommend

Condo was perfect! Clean, updated, AC, and enough room for 4 adults and a toddler. Close to parking and pool. Within walking distance of Front Street shops/restaurants. Easy to get to the highway from.

Great time at Hilton Head

We had a great time at Hilton Head & at 3222 Villamare. We found everything to be just as described with convenient check in, beautiful grounds, nice beach & pool, & lovely apartment. With great restaurants, shopping & close proximity to Savannah, Hilton Head was a great vacation spot. We would definitely return & would not hesitate to stay again at this unit.
