The large balconies offer an amazing place to absorb the sea breeze and watch the sunset slowly dive beyond the Gulf horizon. The open floor plan is inviting for entertaining throughout the living room, kitchen & dining room with tall floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Two sliding doors off both the living room and dining room allow access to the large balcony. In the morning, cherish an a’ la carte breakfast and then stroll across the footbridge to the beach to admire the miles of crystal-clear waters and absorb a free dose of Vitamin D! If you get tired of building sandcastles, enjoy all the resort activities from swimming pools, shuffleboard, basketball, and the fitness center while being able to walk to restaurants within the resort.

The living room features a large flat screen TV with a sectional sofa and chair, where you can catch a glimpse of dolphins playing along the coastline, snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies, play games or simply kick back and enjoy the views.

The dining room table offers seating for (4) with counter seating for (3). Feel free to dine alfresco on the 1st balcony at the table for (4) or on the 2nd balcony with seating for (2). The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances; refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave & dishwasher offering a Keurig Duo (Keurig & Coffee Maker) for all your brewing pleasures. Community grills are located in the courtyard by the pool. If cooking isn’t your game, the Blue Dunes Grill located poolside on the ground level of Beach Manor at the Tops'l Resort Pool, offers a full-service restaurant and bar.

The Master Bedroom is spacious and features floor to ceiling views of the gulf without having to get out of bed. The room has a cozy king platform bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, 2 closets and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and step-in shower/tub combo. The Guest Master Bedroom is also spacious with floor to ceiling windows, bedside views with the bonus of sliding glass door to the 2nd balcony with views of the Gulf and beachside pool. The room features a queen platform bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and step-in shower/tub combo.

Upon arrival you’ll check-in at the guest registration to pick-up your (2) parking passes, then proceed through the guard house to the parking garage where carts will be provided to unload with access to the elevator. The residence has a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing and allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.
