Through the foyer, the home opens up to the bright, warm, and spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. The oversized island is perfect for food preparation and extra seating. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs. The living area enjoys ample seating, a big screen TV for viewing, and a wonderful gas fireplace that provides warmth and cozy vibes. The accordion-style Nano doors open up to create the perfect indoor / outdoor space. The wildlife and water views are endless.

The main floor boasts the primary bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom which includes some additional closet space and walk in shower. Upstairs are two additional sleeping areas. One is a traditional bedroom with another en-suite bathroom. The other sleeping area is the bunk / media room that includes two twin over full bunk beds. In there you can relax on the couch or pull the oversized bean bags in to add seating for everyone!

Descending to the the lower level of the home you will see a truly epic game / family room with tons of seating, big screen TV for streaming, a wet bar, tons of games, and another set of accordion-style Nano doors that lead onto the lower deck and dock areas. From here, there is immediate lake access along with two paddle boards for your use. For the anglers in the group, you can catch fish right off the dock if you choose. Back inside there is an indoor dry sauna for two if you are looking to warm up and relax. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bath completing the lower floor.

Private docks allow the opportunity to bring personal watercrafts to the home via the boat ramp located at Holmes Road just about .4 miles from the house!

Feel like Fishing? Fishing is available on the lake. Due to state owned lake, we ask that you please purchase a pass first.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

This house was absolutely amazing! It has almost everything you could possibly need. It is like a home away from home, but on a lake, by the ocean! Even though the website says no parking, there are 4 parking spaces right in front of the house. The house is clean, spacious and beautiful. The view of the lake with ducks and an occasional otter is spectacular. Here are the slight cons: #1---its 3 stories, so lots of stairs for our older companions who were with us. #2--there is not broom, dust pan, vacuum or mop, so when we needed to clean the floor, we couldn't. #3--the glass doors that go out onto the balconies do not lock, or are so complicated that we couldn't figure them out. Mostly fine, except one of our kiddos sleepwalks, so we had to block the doors with obstacles, just in case. That said, we will totally go again.

I booked the lake house for our family reunion: 12 people, ages 12-86. This listing looked promising in terms of space, privacy, amenities, things to do, location, etc. The home exceeded our exceptions, and we would eagerly stay here again. The home itself is beautiful, welcoming, lovely in decor, and offers stunning, unobstructed views of Devils Lake from both decks, the kitchen, and the living room. The lake itself provided endless entertainment and recreation. Having such easy, direct access from our personal dock was an amazing benefit of this property. We used the paddle boards and kayaks daily. Since we drove, we brought our own life vests just in case, but there were a few in a deck box. We also bought fishing licenses online, purchased gear at BiMart, and fished from the dock. So much fun to catch bass and a trout. Every evening around dusk, we were treated to the sight of a beaver swimming under and around the docks. Also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We did go the Road's End beach one day but truly preferred the peacefulness of the lake. We cooked every meal in the well-stocked kitchen. Spices, oil, coffee were all available during our stay. A Safeway is conveniently nearby for any grocery needs. The kitchen table expands to fit more people, with extra chairs in the primary bedroom closet, plus room at the kitchen island for 4 more. The fridge has a water dispenser inside. The mini-fridge downstairs was great for storing beverages, although not super cold. Layout of the house provided plenty of space. Grandparents took the primary bedroom on the main floor. As noted in other reviews, the cutout above the door lets in sound and light. Teens took the bunk room and also hosted movie nights using the couch and giant bean bags for seating. The bottom floor was significantly cooler than top floors. There is some road noise due to proximity to 101, but all other positives outweigh this minor issue. Ample space to park 4 vehicles. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner all provided. House was clean and comfortable. iTrip was very responsive to questions before and during the stay. I would not hesitate to rent from them in the future. The touchscreen in the entry allowed for easy check in/out and provided property information. We appreciated a very minimal checkout to-do list. We absolutely loved our time at the lake house making memories, connecting with family, and enjoying the beauty of nature right outside our door.

Beautiful home, very well appointed, lots of space, kitchen well stocked. My only suggestion would be to supply more toilet paper, and an extra roll of paper towels. We had to go out to get TP. Lastly, consider changing the "bunk bed" icon on the website from 4 to 2. There are only 2, not 4.

We rented this house for my family and my brother's family for a family retreat. It was perfect! This place is better than the pictures! We had such a great time BBQing while overlooking the lake, taking the paddleboards and kayaks out on the lake, and enjoying the hot tub. When staying in the house, you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the furnishing and amenities as everything has been thought through. We stay at quite a few vacation rentals each year and this was by far the highlight of our 2022!! We will definitely be back!

This place is so amazing!! The views the space, the place has everything you could ever need. They have thought of everything!! You will never say “where’s the “anything”. It’s there!!! Custom service over the top with iTrips.net. We will be back!!! We thought 3 nights would be enough, but I would for sure go for more on our return. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, blankets etc. I honestly have nothing to say that would make this place better than just what it is today!!
