Very comfortable condo in siesta key

Condo was very comfortable, great location, Nice view from balcony. Complex was well-maintained resort like on the bay. Owners were always available to speak with any hours of the day. I never had difficulty contacting them with a question. Walking distance to bars and restaurants approximately two blocks with easy access to private beach. I would definitely recommend and return.

Everything was great. Unit is newer and more spacious than it looks from the photos. Downstairs area is great for kids to hang out in. Easy to walk to the snowflake trail and ski down to the lift. You should be aware the ski-out trail does require a fair amount of traversing on a flat part of the snowflake trail.

Great Stay in Kent Island

My family has a wonderful stay at Kent Island. The house was very clean with many amenities included: soaps, washer/dryer, towels, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc. This made our experience very seamless and enjoyable. The view from the house was exceptional, especially at sunset and sunrise. I would recommend this house to any family or group looking for a relaxing getaway on Kent Island!

Are stay at Peir house was wonderful, not only did we love the condo we also enjoyed the area very much, are favorite place was PJs, the best crab cakes ever.We also enjoyed Guppys,we went there for my B-Day and had a lot of fun. All in all we can't wait to go back, hopefully soon!

Perfect Silver Lake Lodge

This condo at Black Bear is a perfect location if you like the Silver Lake Lodge area at Deer Valley. It’s perfect for 4-6 people with easy access and iTip are great hosts with prompt response to any questions or issues. We will be back!
