great time @ pointe santo , condo was beautiful w/ a bunch of small touches that enhanced the stay: beach chairs, huge TV (weekend of british open), fan on the balcony & in every room! condo E-32 was great!

Great location. Our family had a great experience during our stay. Will be considering staying again next year. Feedback for the unit owner: We've stayed in this unit before and were excited to see the bathroom and kitchen updates. If we had any opportunity feedback, the mattress in the bedroom and pull out couch could be swapped out for new ones. Thank you!

Older unit, could use an update But the neighbors were amazing, fun and friendly! We had issues with the dishwasher but the property management team sent someone and fixed it! We love Steamboat visit often and have had great times in this fun mountain town! we loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms that this unit provied

The Washashore is perfectly located to enjoy South Beach’s amazing sunsets! The home is well laid out and perfect for two couples and a few kids. Also nice that we had the option to “join” the beach club for the week. The house had all the amenities that we wanted. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo. Only complaint was the master bedroom was in the loft area with 2 skylights right over the bed. Impossible to sleep past 5:30am. Also there was no dresser in the loft We had to live out of our suitcases.
