We really enjoyed our stay at 408 Sea Breeze and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay on the beach. The view was excellent and there are many wonderful places to eat within a couple miles. The condo is very large and clean and very "homey".

We were very happy with the stay, the House very organized, clean and with everything we need. Besides the concern and attention of the itrip is fantastic. I'm sure rent other times with them, very pleased with our stay at Kissimmee.

Excellent property with a completely fenced area in the backyard. Both the front house and bungalow are well appointed. Quiet neighborhood, very clean and far enough away from the crowds. Beaches are a short driving distance. The BBQ place around the corner fills the air with delicious smells. You can hear the train a few times per day so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. 5 stars.

The price was right but king size bed springs were broke it sunk in. Maintenance put a foam support over bed a little better but still sunk down mattress needs replaced it was not in the 7 days we stayed.?

We really enjoyed our stay. The quality of the interior furnishings exceeded our expectations. From the comfortable chairs and couches to the great nights sleep. My brother is a chef and he was impressed with all the cookware. All our communication with management for questions or concerns were answered immediately. Thank you, we would not hesitate to rent here again. Bill
