Condo was very good. The layout was very suitable for my wife and I. The only issue that gave us a problem was accessing the TV. We probably needed some hands on help. But no we did not say anything at the time due to not having much TV time anyway. Other than that it was a great stay and would come back.

Cute house. Loved the outdoor patio area. The outdoor trash cans smelled but that’s the only thing I can complain about. Close to beach access. Great location to shops, playground and dog park. We rented a golf cart and drove to the grocery store, beach, and shops from the house. I would definitely recommend it.

needs a portable a/c unit and screens for windows. during the day it was in the high 32 c we could not be in it during the day... everything worked good and the loacation is great. Also parking is excellent.

We had the best time at this beautiful property! The views and wildlife where amazing and each couple had their own space in this comfortable home. We would definitely secure this place again should we travel to Pagosa Springs!
