We had a fantastic time at Oak Tree Manor. The amenities alone make it feel like you're staying with family. (Thanks for the starter kit, which provided a couple items we forgot!) If you're looking for a perfect launch pad for a Charleston trip, it's hard to find a better spot. We'll be back, there was too much of the city for us to cover in one trip!

Great decor, excellent views and a really fantastic place. Everything was provided. Shame the lift was out of order for the whole stay, although not the fault of this property owner (who did tell us in advance, to be fair).

406 was fantastic!!! We had 6 guests and there was more than enough room. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The decor and furniture appeared to be newer and very nice. The condo was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs we could use. We loved our stay at 406 Las Brisas. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and updated, with kudos to the fully stocked kitchen! It’s close to multiple restaurants and attractions. We were very impressed with the condition and upkeep of the resort. However, we were extremely disappointed with the amount of times the pool area was closed. The pool was closed at least 7 times in our 10 day stay due to various reasons .

We were very happy with our appartment, close to the skislope in a well maintained appartment-complex, called Marquise. The rooms are well equipped with nice furniture. There is also enough storage space for all the skiclothes. It was a quiet place.
