Overall great....a few things. The refrigerator door needs to fixed, disappointed to see that as we walked in. Both Toilet paper roll holders are bent and rolls do not stay on. Master toilet not secured to the floor. Thought you might want to know.

Great stay in Southeast Portland!

The facility was very nice and clean. It's a remodeled basement in an older Portland home. The upstairs tenants seemed nice. The only issue we had was that the TV would not work. I could get it to go on, but it would not stay on. That was not a big deal for us, as we were there to visit my daughter, her husband, and their new baby. I was told that this would be fixed soon.

We were surprised at how large the condo was. We could see the ocean and we had a good view of swimming pool. It was a nice condo. Close to John's Pass and lots of good restaurants. We will go again next year. Check in was simple. Very satisfied with this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seascape Family Beach Retreat. We were able to enjoy the beach every day, the pool every evening and at night and the restaurants and attractions were just a short walk or drive away. We would definitely come again. Thanks for everything!

Me and my wife have booked this condo 3 times. We keep going back because we love the fantastic beach view right outside the living room and master bedroom windows. Love sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and surfers alike. Many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walking distance too. We never have to move the car unless we decide to go to downtown Charleston!
