We really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. The only negative would be the tram had cut back to Thursday through the weekend since it wasn’t peak time. Made the walk to the beach a little more cumbersome having to carry things with small kiddos. Just wanted to mention so others would be aware. House was beautiful, well-stocked and really clean! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We loved our time at the Little Green Cottage. We have stayed here during our last five trips to Folly. It is simple, clean, perfect location and wonderful for our little dog Murphy. The porch and deck are awesome! Wonderful for early mornings and late evenings with the site and sound of the ocean purring right in front of you. We will definitely be back next year!!!!!

We enjoyed this house very much! Great neighborhood, large well stocked home, very comfortable also. Our dogs had a great time- walkable to wonderful parks! Had so much fun with the pool table and playing music. We would rent here again. Thanks!

This was such a perfect place! We had a girls trip and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and a cute view on the TWO balconies to drink coffee in the morning. And we were 2 blocks from the beach. The owners were very kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed before and during the trip! Thank you so much for letting us stay, we will be coming again!

Very clean and cozy tucked right off the main road leading into Pigeon Forge and directly across the street from the convention center, so its private yet convenient. Its also obvious the owners care about your experience with extra little touches like a complimentary bottle of wine. It was perfect for our needs and well definitely stay again.
