We stayed at the San Carlos because we were in town for my 14 year olds baseball tournament. The San Carlos is conveniently located to many restaurants and is right on the beach. The building is well maintained and they do a great job of keeping all common areas very clean. The condo was much nicer than the pictures online. I highly recommend the San Carlos.

Enjoyed our stay at Sunset Vista's this year. Loved out room. Master had a King size bed that is not typical in this resort. Living and dining area have leather furniture in lieu of cloth. Extremely clean and comfortable. We live in the area and had family staying in this resort for a week. Everyone came in to our room said Wow, this room is nice. Will definitely reserve again. Thanks!

Everything about this place is great. Location is perfect, amenities are great. There was 2 hot tubs but only one worked so did get a little crowded at times. I was there 3 months ago and it wasn't working then either.

Kimball Lodge 305 is the perfect place to stay on Sanibel, which is like a visit to paradise. Access to and view of the beach couldn't get much better, with shops, restaurants and wildlife a short bike ride away. The condo is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, including a cooler and other beach items. We recommend it highly and hope to stay here again on return trips to Sanibel.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon, and we had an amazing time! We got to wake up each morning greeted by cool ocean air and the sound of waves lapping against the beach. The condo had all the amenities we needed, and we wouldn’t have changed a thing about it! Very comfortable place, and would recommend it to anyone!
