We enjoyed a wonderful spring break week at 700 Monarch. The place fit all our needs and was clean. The TV was a bonus to be able to watch March Madness on that big of a screen. Our kids loved the proximity to the slopes and we loved the proximity to all the downtown activities. Check-in and check out were easy as well the parking provided. Great find!

This is a wonderful space, in a great location in Park City. Dori was incredibly responsive, even when there was an issue in the middle of the night. Everything was handled with care, courtesy, and respect, and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend booking your stay here, or at another property itrip works with!

Loved this charming & well appointed craftsman home. So much history with modern amenities. Clean, sweet & fun! Went to Boise to watch Dance at Idaho Dance Theatre with 6 family members & 8 local friends. Living room a bit cramped but dining room made up for that. Was able to walk to coffee, drinks & eats 1 small block away. We will rent again!!

We have enjoyed our stay at Barefoot II. Having the beach a few steps away has been awesome! The kids and I are able to go back and forth multiple times each day. The house itself is totally updated and so modern and clean. I would definitely come back.

Upon our arrival, the home was clean and inviting. We had a great time in this lovely home. Everyone had their own room and an adjacent bathroom. Awesome! The beach is only about a 3 minute walk and in the evening its the perfect stroll after dinner. Thank you for allowing us to have a great time in your beautiful home.
