A true beach home, ideal for gatherings of friends and family, “Whale’s Tale” offers three luxury bedrooms two are located on the main floor, each with queen beds, luxury linens, and their own deck entrance…just step outside and relax in the hot tub while enjoying the magnificent ocean views.

The newly remodeled inviting top floor offers living, kitchen and dining area with high ceilings, gas-log fireplace, sumptuous furnishings, a colorful décor and a wall of windows balanced by the blue sea providing the coastal atmosphere throughout the home…at “Whale’s Tale” you won’t forget how close you are to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The master suite offers a luxury king pillow-top mattress, fresh linens, rich furnishings, large flat screen Smart TV and a soaking tub for privacy, peace and relaxation. In the living area there is also a queen and twin sleeper sofa for those extra guests, if needed.

Need accommodations for more consider the lower unit “Wave Watcher and Whales Tale” accommodating a total of 14! For 20 add in “Glimmering Sands“.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

We booked the beautiful Whale's Tale for a 4 day family reunion . It was truly the nicest home we have ever rented. Not only is it right on the ocean, with a knockout view, but had everything we could possibly need, and more! It was immaculate, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we will definitely be back again.Thank you iTrip for making it so easy and delightful. And as an extra bonus, we could have our dogs there too. Thank you so much.

We love Bella Beach, Depoe Bay, and the surrounding area and Whale's Tale is our new favorite place to stay. It is super clean, well equipped (we cooked at least 2 meals each day), and has stunning ocean views. We spent hours whale watching right from the deck and saw both gray whales and orcas, along with a couple of seals. We will be back!

The property was as described. A water bowl was awaiting our pet upon arrival. The inside was super clean. Beautiful view of beach and ocean. Had all the appliances, kitchen and bathroom items we needed for our stay. Enjoyed the fireplace, jacuzzi tub, comfortable bed, hot tub to view sunsets and deck off living room. Dog area a short walk. Great beach access. Close to Lincoln City, Depot Bar and Newport for shopping and restaurants. Will stay again and share with friends and family. The one issue we had was resolved within 10 minutes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved the view of this wave filled oasis. The weather was slightly raining and it didn’t hinder our experience at all. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub and jetted tub was awesome for relaxation. We didn’t even use the extra two bedrooms.

This home is beautiful with an awesome ocean view. It is probably the best equipped vacation rental that we have ever stayed at. The bottle of wine was A very nice gift; the extra dog toys and treats for our dog which she enjoyed; beach toys for the kids; bikes to ride and even rain coats if needed. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely rent this home again in the near future.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the Oregon Coast. Our house was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is amazing, and we spent time on the deck watching the waves, as well as heading down the stairs to the beach. An absolute perfect set up. Plenty of room for a family of 6 with 2 dogs. Beautiful view of the ocean. Easy access to beach is an ultimate plus. The hot tub is was amazing. They house is very well taken care of and furnished. We spent only 2 days here for my Wife's birthday on Easter, it was even better than we expected.

Oh my goodness you can’t get a better ocean view than here! Right on the ocean, steps to the beach with spacious accommodations. 3 sisters and spouses were here and enjoyed the king tides during our stay. Found plenty of entertainment and played lots of cards. Fireplace was wonderful when we got chilly outside. Experienced lots of rain, wind, and some sunshine too. We are planning to make an annual trip now. Found good restaurants as well as cooking our breakfast in the mornings.
