Ocean front condo in the exclusive Bella Beach Community, at Glimmering Sands you can relax on your private deck while enjoying the amazing Pacific Ocean…just steps to a 7 mile stretch of sandy shoreline.

Warm woods, muted pastels, white-framed doors and windows create a charming, relaxed atmosphere at Glimmering Sands. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The living area features a flat screen Smart TV, cozy couches and fireplace. Step out on the deck to the large hot tub for relaxing after a day of beachcombing. Two cozy bedrooms allow for privacy each with their own baths – one with king bed and flat screen TV. A fully equipped queen sleeper sofa adds another bed, if needed.

It’s all about the beach at Glimmering Sands! The ocean breeze in your face, morning coffee on the deck, long walks on the beach, afternoons exploring, relaxing on the deck or in the large hot tub, reading that best seller…whatever the reason you came to the Oregon Coast, you will enjoy Glimmering Sands in the Bella Beach Community!

If accommodations are needed for more, consider reserving “Whales Tale” for accommodations for 8, “Wave Watcher” for accommodation so 6 or “Whales Tale and Wave Watcher” for 14.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Reach Out and Touch the Ocean

What an amazing 4 1/2 days in Depoe Bay at Glimmering Sands. The minute you look out the back window of the unit you feel as if you can reach out and touch the ocean. From the sound of the crashing waves to the smell of the fresh ocean air, every adventure awaits you the minute you step foot outside. And inside the accommodations are more than comfortable. From the spacious bedrooms and well stocked bathrooms and kitchen to the gas fireplace that warms the entire unit in short order. The TV and the internet work flawlessly and honestly, with everything that awaits you just steps from the unit who needs a TV. It literally takes you less than 30 seconds to be on the beautiful beach below the unit where miles of clean sand await you. We will definitely return to enjoy this wonderful setting in the future.

It was hard to leave when our stay way over. The view is amazing and it is a really cozy unit. I really like there are two master bedrooms, so we each had our own bathroom. Beach access is easy and it is an easy driver to Lincoln City or Depoe Bay. I will be coming back in November!

This property exceeded our expectations and was a great value for the rate we paid. Of course, the best feature of this property is the incredible view of the ocean. In the morning when the tide was high, it looked so close that we almost felt like we were on a boat. We loved the hot tub and the ability to sit and watch the waves and the stars. It is actually a really great hot tub with a comfortable layout for soaking and though not obscured from the vision of neighbors, it felt quite private. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, practical and well stocked kitchen and working gas grill. Appreciated the fully stocked spice rack for cooking, the washer/dryer and the bath products in both of the clean and comfortable bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and linens, and unlike most rentals even access to a throw blanket in the living room. There were beach towels handy by the sliding glass door and though we didn't use them, we saw plentiful beach toys for use and beach chairs that could go down to the sand. It is a cute and quiet little neighborhood and there is an easy walk to a little cafe. It was closed when we were there, but it looks like it would be a great place to grab a pastry and coffee in the morning. It's a short drive to a grocery store and also to Depoe Bay and my favorite restaurant, Tidal Raves. We had some questions when we arrived, but the hosts were easily accessible. We had no problems at all. The only recommendation we have is that it would be helpful to have a list of what we should do at check out. I started the towels in the washer before we left, but as we drove away I was worried we might have thrown off the cleaning process by doing so. We will definitely be back!

What a great place for my wife and I to enjoy the Oregon Coast beach life for a few days. Our Lab enjoyed running on the beach. Hot tub views were great and the bottle of wine in the unit was a great touch! Unit was perfect in every respect. Everything worked and was well stocked Itrip Vacations Northwest we’re excellent to work with, as our request was a last minute rental. Kudos to Sam, Devyn and Darlene who responded to my text messages and phone calls, within minutes. 5 Star service!

This space was absolutely amazing! Sitting in the hot tub watching the seals play in the water was so incredible. The home was perfect size with all the right amenities. Our only issue was that you cannot park at the house and they were doing construction in the parking area so it was a little tough getting in and out but I’m sure on non construction days it would be easy access. Regardless this location definitely gets 5 stars!

Beyond excellent location - beach view and beach access. Clean and modern 2 bedroom home. Room enough for 4 people, a little cozy after that. Enjoyed peaceful neighborhood - very walkable. Will rent again soon.

As others have mentioned, could definitely use some sort of privacy buffer from the neighboring units on the deck, for the hot tub etc. Aside from that it was absolutely amazing, sitting in the hot tub listening to the waves crashing on the shore is hard to beat. Would definitely stay again! (Waves on this beach aren’t great for body surfing/surfing, maybe just the time of year not sure)

Last week my husband and I had the privilege of staying one night at your beautiful cottage. It was the perfect place to get away for the day and we enjoyed every minute. We enjoyed our stay! Great location, easy to get to Depot Bay, Lincoln City, and Newport. Loved the closeness to the water and view from the living/dining room/ deck. On a cold day, the fireplace made it really cozy. Very responsive team for any questions we had.
