We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We like to return to this property every year during the same week. This year we noticed it seemed cleaner (better cleaning company?) and we noticed new furniture in the living room and I believe new curtains. additionally the mattress covers seemed new/clean. We had no issues during our stay.

Penthouse Condo with Breathtaking Views

This is a fantastic 6th floor condo that gives you spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise. It is the perfect getaway to maximize time at the beach. There are plenty of amenities: tennis, pool, beach access. The condo is very well kept, quiet, and convenient. This is perfect for a family vacation. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely come back!

Wonderful location. The view from the back porch is heavenly. Added bonus: they provided a pet gate that allowed us to spend time on the back porch with our pets. Short walk to an uncrowded beach (which is a rarity in FL). Close to the historical district with much to see and do. This vacation spot HAS IT ALL!

We had a great weekend at The Lookout. Home was clean, location was unbeatable, and iTrip was great - they were quick to respond to our questions, left us a very nice welcome gift, and offered us a late check-out. The home was just as described in the listing, and we had everything we needed for our weekend at the lake. Can't wait for our next staycation

Great Place and very nice, clean and neat. Second Bathroom shower was small, but the rest of the room was neatly organized. Both sliding doors were hard to open. We bought WD40 to spray on the threshold and it helped some.
