We loved this place. There were a few minor inconveniences but nothing that caused much problem for us. My wife, our 10 month old son and I loved the privacy especially around the porch, and we LOVED the porch swing ! We’d definitely return and look forward to exploring more of Folly Beach and Charleston next year!

This place is the perfect place for a family vacation . It’s spacious ( and when I say spacious I mean huge)! It is literally a 4-5 minute walk to the beach . They gave us admission to some of the local attractions and restaurants. The house was cozy and peaceful . I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a wonderful time on our long weekend stay at this condo. 5 adults and 1 baby. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean, comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo and enjoyed our stay However there was a severe issue with roaches. I hesitate to put this on a public review. We have been going to Summerhouse for a long time and never ever had issues with roaches. You may want to make sure this unit is treated soon.

Fabulous location and pet friendly! Convenient underground parking with elevator. Views from the condo are great. Layout is comfortable for 2 couples or a family. It is an older unit with dated kitchen and bathrooms.
