The interior is both cozy and full of sunshine, ensuring that you need not be outside to take in the beauty of the coast. You'll be greeted by a living room with two comfortable sofas that are warmed by a gas fireplace, as well as an adjacent dining nook where you can gather for meals, games, and crossword sessions in the light of picture windows that frame the ocean.

The kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances and lovely teal cabinetry, opens to the first deck, so you can cook with a view of the ocean in the fragrant coastal breeze. There's no shortage of entertainment to welcome you home from the beach each afternoon, with a private hot tub on the upper-level deck, a Ping-Pong table in the garage, and a Golden Tee arcade game on the ground floor.

When the sun is shining, you can leave your bathing suits for the washer/dryer, prepare a barbecue dinner on the gas grill, and roast marshmallows around the firepit as the fog begins to roll in. Watch a movie on one of the home's three TVs, and find sleeping space on each of the three levels.

This home is located in the Wecoma District of Lincoln City, a half-mile stroll from the beach access point at NW 26th Street. You can take quiet morning walks in the Connie Hansen Garden a quarter-mile north, and enjoy easy nightly access to the Chinook Winds Casino only a mile north. You'll also find all sorts of restaurants, eateries, shops, conveniences, and attractions along the Oregon Coast Highway, including the Little Antique Mall less than a quarter-mile east.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1  Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. 
2  All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 
3  No glitter or confetti is to be used or dispersed on the property. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning fees of at least $300.00 at a minimum.
4  The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the advertised number stated on the listing.
5  Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
6  If Pets are allowed on Property a $100 per pet fee is required. Let us know if you will be bringing pets so we can send a $100 request per pet. Please pick up after your pets. If feces are left behind an extra charge of $50 applied clean up. If it is marked as "No pets" this policy must be observed and pets are not allowed on premises.
7  Smoking is not allowed in the unit. $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.
8  Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
9  Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state the rental vacation rental property resides in, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of the state or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
10  There shall be no noise that can be heard outside the home between the hours of 10pm - 7am. If noise is an issue, you will get a written warning text message to the number that booked the reservation and/or a phone call. If noise does not stop, you will be fined up to $300 or possibly evicted immediately.
11  Any items left that a guest leaves and wishes to be returned and shipped will incur a $30 fee plus shipping. 
12. Commercial use of the property, including filming, is prohibited unless approved with a signed location release form. Any unauthorized filming for commercial use will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES
Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity of the listings advertised guests, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.

Violations of our noise rules or maximum number of guests agreed to at the time of booking will result in possible fines or immediate eviction with all loss of all rents.  Depending on severity if there is a noise situation we may call and issue a warning or proceed with a $300 fine. If we cannot reach the guest that booked the property someone will show up to at a minimum issue a $300 fine and/or evict the entire group immediately. Any delay will result in us involving the authorities and trespassing every person on the property as well as the loss of all rents. Additional fines or damages may be assessed after removal. 

HOLD HARMLESS
iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
 
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Fantastic weekend getaway!

We had a fantastic weekend away here early November! We had three families with grown kids from ages of 17-20. There was so much room for everyone, and the place was very comfortable! The hot tub on the upper deck offered fantastic views of the sun and waves. The backyard was fenced for our dogs. If we had another night, we would’ve had a fire pit! The walk to the beach was short, and we had some great walks on long stretches of sand. Before we left, we discussed when we would like to come back and enjoy the special spot again!

The houses location was perfect. Upon arrival we were happy to see a cozy home with an amazing view. Clean bedrooms and beds. Multiple levels of entertainment in the house, complete with a deck, games in the garage(which we played for hours) and of course a very relaxing hot tub ! Not to mention it’s walking distance from the blackfish restaurant, which has delicious food and drink.

Family Weekend Getaway

We had 10 guests from 2 different states (WA & TX) meet up in OR for a weekend getaway to relax and remember a great Husband, Father and Grandfather. When we first got to the house, we checked in on time and the house was very clean and spacious. We had 8 adults and 2 teenagers in our group and we all found rooms/beds that were comfortable and clean. There were 2 bedrooms on the main floor with 1 full bathroom and the same for the bottom and upper floor. The deck off the kitchen is where we spent most of our time hanging out and watching the ocean and sunsets. They also had a very nice firepit and a hot tub on the upper deck! We all decided that this must become an annual trip to end our summer and to remember our family! Thank you again for a great oasis to make memories and to remember our past.

This home has comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, and two great decks. The sunset from the top deck was amazing - thanks Oregon Coast! We enjoyed the firepit, and had a good time with board games from the house and brought from home. A good time was had by our whole family of 12 and the dogs. Thanks a bunch!

Recently a group of friends and myself stayed at the surftides home. It was a very unusual house with three different levels and what we found was it was ideal for groups to get together and do different things at the same time what do you use the hot tub upstairs or in the basement watching sports and playing video games there was something to do for everybody. I really enjoyed my stay and I especially found the management company to be exceptional. We had a couple of minor things happen any Chandra time they reached out to us quickly efficiently and very very friendly. The house is missing just a small feel amount of things but nothing that would hinder you having a fantastic time on your vacation or stay. I would absolutely stay in this house again and I thought it was a great value. And I really enjoy the hot tub area it's large enough for multiple people and since it's away on the side of the house you don't bother anybody else and even a little golf game was a lot of fun to play when it up spending hours in the game room

Our group had a fantastic weekend at this home! We had 10 adults and two kiddos and there was plenty of room for everyone with space to spare. The house had beautiful ocean views and was cozy and well decorated. We loved our time here and would definitely return!
