You could not go wrong with this Condo. It has everything you need. Location is super. I will be back for sure. However, be aware that to go to the bedroom you have to use a spiral stairs and it could be a problem for some people. It was not a big issue for us and we loved it 100%. Also dont rent a car. use epic express and ask to be drop at the transportation center and walk 3 minutes to condo.

Great Trip, Love This House!

This is my second stay at this property. I loved it before but it's even better now! Updated floors add a great modern vibe. There are also new items in the kitchen that took our stay to the next level. I love the new outdoor furniture, it made mornings and days on the deck very enjoyable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun get away. I hope to come back for another stay soon!

We recently spent 5 days at Beach Villa and enjoyed every minute. The unit was just the right size, clean, and the view was lovely. No waiting for elevators, great parking. Pool is small, but most of the time we had it to ourselves. The only downside was the bedrooms were warm at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Kimball Lodge Unit263 was perfect. Amazing view of the ocean and right on the beach. You have access to tennis courts, pool, and several outdoor activities. Location is perfect as you are near several restaurants and close to a grocery store. Highly recommend staying here whether you are getting away to relax or looking for a great spot to bring the family.

We really enjoyed our stay and thank you for being accommodating. The views were spectacular and it was nice to wake up to the mountains. I’m sure during the winter using the ski lift right outside our door will be great, but staying within Beaver Creek Resort was so convenient. Would highly recommend.
