3 friends and I stayed in Matt and Penny's place for a long weekend and could not have had a better time. The condo is in a good location (it's an easy walk to the slopes) it had lots of room and it was nice and quiet building We had a couple of questions and Matt got back to us right away, we will definitely book it again!

This home is perfect for a family! Tons of room, very open, very clean, great location in Sea Pines-less than 5 min by car to beach, can walk or drive to pool/park down street, and close to many restaurants. Relax in the nice hot tub in the evening.

The house was perfect for us! We had two families and there was plenty of room that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The house was very clean and well stocked. The 2 masters were a great addition and the fact that one had an extra refrigerator was exactly what we needed for drinks and groceries for 10 people. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect home for the family.

This house is set up perfectly for a family with young children. The open floor plan allowed us to be together if in kitchen, dining room, or family room. The view of the lake was amazing. We so enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. Had a lot of amenities too. Very relaxing. We highly recommend this home for a vacationing family. We'll probably come back ourselves!

Our family had an amazing week in the house. It was super family friendly and really close to the beach! Everything was well stocked and we didn’t have any issues. The only thing is the ice maker didn’t seem to be working in the fridge, so we had to buy our own Ice, but not a huge deal. Overall, would definitely come back again!!
