Nottingham Park - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm - The 13th annual Man of the Cliff returns to Avon for another round of lumber-jack games and outdoor ruggedness!  Man of the Cliff is your chance to don your favorite flannel and try your hand at axe throwing, keg tossing, speed chopping, and more! All the while, enjoy craft brews, local food trucks, and mountain town vibes.

All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is well cared for, was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed using the wood burning fireplace for a cozy evening after a day of skiing. The location is excellent for skiing both Beaver Creek and Vail. The communications from the host were excellent from booking all the way to checkout. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Just As We Had Hoped

We were excited to try Beaver Creek/Avon for the first time. The condo was just as we were hoping it would be—roomy enough for the 6 of us, close enough for an easy drive to the mountain for long days of skiing (both Beaver Creek and Vail) and comfortable enough to enjoy both dinners at home grilled out on the patio and fires in the fireplace! Perfect Christmas break vacation with our family! The Avon Recreation center is 2 minutes away where we could start the day with a workout/hot tub/sauna, we found a wonderful place for a massage basically across the street from the recreation center (Dreams Float and Massage) …the location of the condo was great for us! So much to explore! The condo was clean, the management team was easy to work with and SO responsive and kind. I HIGHLY recommend working with this group or renting this specific condo! Can’t say enough!!

Our stay at the Buck Creek Condo was awesome. The iTrip people did a great job of giving us timely information on the stay as well as checking in on us during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The condo itself was very well furnished and comfortably slept all of our family. The balcony was a hit - with great views of Nottingham lake as well as the fireworks on July 3rd. The locatin is ideal for walking to the many restaurants of Avon, biking to Vail and Beavercreek. It was a fantastic week for our family to unwind.

What a warm and cozy place with a million dollar view from the back deck! The condo was stocked with everything you would need, and the owners were very accommodating with suggestions for hikes, day trips and restaurants! I would definitely come back - it was hard to leave!

Cozy, clean and convenient

Looking for a cozy, convenient and clean place to stay for a reasonable rate? C201 delivers that and way more….comfortable beds, nice linens, cozy fireplace, with a spectacular Mountain View. All this plus super convenient location to ski resort and restaurants. The 2 covered parking places were a big bonus as well. Great stay. We will be back.

Wow! Fabulous condo! Comfortable and so clean and fresh! Very well appointed! The living area is large, but cozy, with well stocked wood for wonderful fireplace. Great view from the second floor balcony and large windows! The kids could play in snow and sled right out back where we could watch and cheer! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed! The bedrooms, and beds are very comfortable with plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathrooms also have plenty of room and space to store items with plenty of towels, etc The staff at iTrip were very attentive and wanted up make sure we had everything we needed! Definitely 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stay at Buckcreak Condo C-201

Over all the condo was good but could use some maintenance. The master bathroom door was damaged on the interior. The shower was too small to accommodate the wooden bench that was inside the shower. The window in the den was not closed properly and let in cold air. We finally figured out it needed to be adjusted and fixed it. The cover was missing on the light switch in the dining room. The fire wood was dry and burned extremely fast. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes very well and required rinsing the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. The management team was excellent. They responded promptly to any of our issues and requests.

A beautiful unit in a fantastic location! Whether you are into skiing, cycling, running, rafting, dining, shopping, exploring Colorado...this unit is for you! The green space, the beach and the lake are great for young kids also.
