We had a great week - the house was perfect for our needs. It fit us as well as our three adult children and their families with plenty of breathing room. Lots of parking. The pool was small but perfect for the grandchildren. I would definitely book this again!!

Very nice place to stay. Close to the beach, nicely redone. Great layout. Very functional for the 4 of us. Only issues were: no bedroom furniture to put clothes in... had to live out of the luggage. Functional for 6 max even though it sleeps 9. Cleaning service did poor job before our visit.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Very clean and well designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was so completely stocked! My only request would be a dresser in 2nd bedroom. Pool is large and clean, also grills and large seating areas. Private grill at home also. Beach is a short drive away.

This house had everything you needed. Close proximity to the pools, ocean and shops. We loved the front porch and bedrooms were large and accommodating. So thankful for the early checkin and smoothness of getting into our house. We loved every minute of it except not an ideal place for trick or treating! HAHA But kids LOVED the heated pools at the resort. Unforgettable time!!

Quiet, Beautiful property ! First time visit to Siesta Key and I would highly recommend. Centrally located to public beach access and The Village. Property was clean and well maintained. Quick response to small check in issue. Only disappointment was description saying there were 6 beach chairs and there were only 4. Beach wagon, beach towels were all perfect and much appreciated!!
