The location was perfect. 4 king bedrooms and private bathrooms was a rare find. While they were small there was an ample amount of storage. The deck was huge with plenty of seating. There was also an outdoor area that allowed you to get out of sun. The AC worked great. The washer and dryer were great. Response time from itrip was prompt when I had questions. I would stay there again.

Air conditioning not fixed after reported,!place had not been vacuumed-hot tub directions clearly state the chemical dispenser should be in tub for health reasons when using,!It was empty when we opened the lid.Sad for a weekend get away

We had four families meet us in Pigeon Forge and we all agree this place was well worth the money! Its location and the way the building are situatated make you feel you more in the mountains than you really are. My only complains about the unit was the lack of toilet paper, soap, and no service and the unit was not 100% clean.

Perfect cabin

Too Cozy was the perfect place for our family trip! Located close to the park but we could escape the chaos of the towns. Cabin had everything we needed and the hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Even saw a mama bear and cubs just down the road. I would recommend to anyone.

The service from itrip was excellent. The maintenance of the condo is in great need of updating by the owner. Many things are soiled and should be replaced or at least they need a good cleaning. I am hoping it will be done by the time that I return next year. S Knollenberg
