What a great spot to claim as your home base while exploring Folly Beach, James Island, and Charleston. While the weather may not have cooperated during the duration of our stay, Hello Sunshine was the perfect place to retreat to and relax. Many great memories were made and we will surely return for next year's summer getaway.

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights. It was extremely convenient to the Canyons base. The staff on property was very accommodating. The condo itself looked as if it had recently been renovated - it was very nicely updated and furnished.

What a cute little cottage! Just perfect for our visit...we were participating in the Joyride cycle event and it was the perfect location for us! We dubbed it the Gnome cottage - just precious! The yard was so cute too! Our only suggestion is add a hottub! We would have so loved & used it after biking... we did get a good laugh at the hottub in the woods!! Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed a very pleasant week at this well equipped, well cared for cottage on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood just a 10 minute walk from the beach. Everything we needed except groceries was provided and access to stores and restaurants along the Pacific Coast Highway was very convenient. We would definitely recommend this property.

Home very clean and a wonderful location in wine country to get around to local favorites. Right off main road but very private with great views of vineyards. Home is a bit dated, kitchen in particular. Could use some newer outdoor furniture and more water pressure in master. Would stay again for sure.
