Enjoy the safe and peaceful community while taking a stroll through the public walking trails or taking the kids to the neighborhood parks. Drive 5 minutes to miles of foothill hiking trails. Drive less than 5 minutes to Shadow Valley Golf Course. Drive 50 minutes to Bogus Basin - a year round destination for skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snow tubing, mountain biking, hiking, or take a ride on Idaho's only mountain coaster. Drive 40 minutes to Banks, ID and whitewater raft down the Payette River.

HAZARDOUS PRACTICES

No open flames ie. Candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm

FALSIFIED RESERVATION

any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.

UTILITIES

No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. Please note that you may want to bring a calling card for placing long distance phone calls, as these are restricted.

ENTRY BY OWNER

Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.    Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2.    All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. Please place trash bins in front of house for pickup.
3.    Close all blinds in all rooms.
4.    Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
5.    "No pets" policy must be observed, when Pets are not allowed on premises.
6.    Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the unit.
7.    Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
8.    Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.

HOLD HARMLESS

iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

Thank you for sharing your home for our Christmas stay! It was so convenient, as my sister just lives down the street, so we were able to have every day with them and no driving back and forth. Although we mostly just slept there, we found everything very well appointed, instructions and access directions were clear and easy. The house was clean and warm. Thank you for the nice snacks and coffee. The neighborhood is lovely, and we enjoyed walking on the pedestrian pathway down to the stables to see the horses. Having a garage for the car during the winter was also a nice bonus! My only suggestion would be to get a deeper fitted sheet set for the master bed, as they were too shallow and the fitted sheet would pop off the mattress in the night, but that’s no big deal, just something you might want to know about. Thank you again, and hope to stay with you another time when we visit. Happy New Year!

We chose this house because of the location! We are hopefully moving to this development sometime in the next two years and wanted to see what it was like. This house was one of THE BEST places we’ve stayed, anywhere around the world. We’ve traveled a lot! From the thick, luxurious bath towels, to the master bed and bed sheets…WOW! This bed is perfect and will not hurt your back. No lumps, no sags. Decor is done to a “T”, the floor to ceiling windows were fantastic with no neighbors behind! We kept the blinds open to watch the light snow fall in the night, and I’m sure we will be booking again when we return.

This house was a dream to stay at! Newly built, gorgeous interior details, so much space, and best of all every kitchen utensil you could need when cooking! It was a dream to cook in this kitchen with the views out the backyard! The beds were all so comfy and the location was so peaceful! We loved staying here and would highly recommend anyone considering this place!

My boyfriend and I reserved for 3 nights, just the two of us. We had the best stay. The home is exactly as described. The bed was so comfortable. The owners did such a wonderful job with this rental. We plan to book again on our next trip. Thank you so much! (Our only issue was the bike for him needed air in the tires - mine was perfect!)

The house is beautiful and in a new family neighborhood. All the decor and furnishings were up to date and house was perfectly cleaned! It is 10 minutes from downtown Eagle and 5 min from the cute little hill town of Hidden Springs. ITrip was wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend them. We would 100% stay here again when visiting Eagle in the future.

Fantastic home! Extremely well stocked with high quality everything! We rented this as our daughter was getting married at a venue close by and we had lots of family coming to town. It was roomy, comfortable, and perfect for our group. Highly recommend this space!
