This condo is very conveniently located to the beach - just a short walk away. The owner has beach chairs, a wagon, canopy and other items to take with you along with bikes and other recreational items to use during your stay. The condo itself is about 20 minutes away from the historic part of St. Augustine. There are a few items that need attention but overall it is a nice location.

Great location just across the street from the beach. Very clean, spacious, great amenities and pet friendly! Pictures make the house and furniture look dated, but it was not! Pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will stay here again in the future!

Location is great, just right outside of town, easy trip up to the slopes as well. House is a great size, plenty of space, clean, and felt like home! Kitchen was fully stocked, not one thing we needed that wasnt already there. The Owners Having the Christmas tree put up for the holidays was the best part walking inside; my kids loved seeing a tree away from home! We would go back!

We had a wonderful time at The Riverside Club, Marco Island. Christy & Terry have made a beautiful place for guests to enjoy - and we very much do. The view is spectacular and the apartment is beautiful! And, it’s comfortable. This isn’t always the case, but the furniture is so comfortable! Hopefully, we’ll be back next year.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for many restaurants/shops/beaches within walking distance. Condo was nice with friendly staff. Easy check in process but note that condo staff does not manage this property. Everything is through Itrip, which was not an issue. They were very responsive with any issues.
