This was an excellent location for attending the Annapolis Boat Show! Within walking distance to all events, restaurants and shopping area. Perfect accommodations for 2 couples and a great little back patio to enjoy so outdoor rest!

We are two retired couples traveling through the New England states together. It is wonderful to be able to travel and then retire to a lovely home in the evening. We spend our day exploring and our evenings playing cards and enjoying each other’s company.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation @ 317 Carnation. The villa is very comfortable, well fitted and very well positioned with easy access to the seafront and amenities. The owners were on hand to assist with local restaurant recommendations which were excellent. I have no hesitation recommending No 317 to anyone looking for the perfect family holiday.

Since our plans were to spend our time outdoors in the White Mountains, this cabin provided for our basic needs. It was clean and the bed was very comfy. I thought I read there was a kuerig so I was prepared for that. I appreciated the teapot to heat water for the instant coffee provided by our host. Please be sure amenities are current.

Great Location! Nice neighborhood. I had no complaints from adults in our group. Grandchildren had all of the toys out and were playing within 15 minutes of arriving. My dog felt at home in your beautiful backyard! I completely enjoyed everything about your very comfortable home. We will probably try and stay again on future trips to James Island. Thank you for your hospitality!
