We stayed 3 nights at La Valencia and it was everything as advertised. A very spacious, clean and organized spot. The BEST landing spot for family after exploring the city all day.a much room! And the best part - it is close to everything! Once we hit the grocery store on day 1 we never used the car again! Probably the best all around stay for us! Thank you and VIVA La Valencia!!!

This property was perfect for our family group. Our grand nephew wasn't feeling well so one couple unable to go but we just spread out and had more than enough room. Nicely decorated, liked the coffee area in particular. A sink was clogged but property mgt promptly fixed. Good location to downtown, very walkable and trendy section of East Nashville. Happy with our choice!

This was a wonderful rental experience from the start . Easy check in and out process. This home was so beautiful , clean , large, comfortable beds and accomodated all our needs with kids and pets. This is a perfect quiet area right on the lake and close to gas stations, grocery stores and some restaurants. We would stay again. Thank you so much Mary it was a great vacation!

Great Condo-all but the living room funiture, bedrooms great, kitchen great, dining room great but living room wood on the funiture was cut and dented coffee table, end tables, TV concole . Better funiture on the deck than living room.Robert

Our group of 10 was very comfortable in this home over Thanksgiving. The kids loved the big bunk room, and the hot tub! We enjoyed the beautiful views as the snow was falling on the mountains across from us. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped to make our big Thanksgiving meal. Close drive to town, great location!
