The positives: rooms were clean and spacious, good cooking facilities, agent attended to needs immediately. The negatives: very late check in at 4pm considering check out is at 11pm, parking was an extra $20 per day for everyday and it was still quite a long walk.

Fantastic Stay and Process

I am a local real estate agent in Snowmass Village and decided to stay here with my family for a weekend. The check-in and checkout process was simple and answered all of our questions before we asked them. Our Shadowbrook condominium was clean, spacious and bright. The entire family enjoyed the hot tubs and pool and parking was a breeze. Thank you for making it so easy!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed the private pool, hot tub (extra charge of $25/day), screened-in porch, comfortable beds, plentiful kitchen utensils, bikes, and private tree-lined streets on which to ride.

This place was a perfect 5 minutes to general store and 10 minutes to the beach walking!! It was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. In the evening, it was quite and peaceful so you could relax. Peter (property manager) was easy to reach with questions and was extremely friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

First time in Gulf Shores after many trips to Destin. This was wonderful! We are a family of 5, including two teenagers and one younger child. This condo was the perfect size! Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The floor to ceiling Windows overlooking the ocean were amazing! Also loved the zero gravity chairs out on the balcony. We completely enjoyed our stay!
