We had a wonderful time at the townhouse. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. We used the grill quite a bit. Every bedroom had a television which made it nice. We visited the beach often. The sunsets were beautiful. The management team was so accommodating. They answered every call and took good care of us.

Nice big house, beautiful water access, lots of amenities, close to DC, everything you’d need in a rental, great place for a group. Very happy with our stay, my family thinks I’m a genius for finding this.

Had a great time fishing in the bay. House was super clean and well accommodated. Heated Pool was a great bonus. I don't think I can stay at another house without a pool as nice as this one was. Looking forward to going back !

Excellent place, great location, & speedy responses from host. Only downfall we found was there is only 1 parking spot and for a 3 bedroom condo, there should be one more spot. The hosts were great and let us stay at their office but if that option isn’t available it’s $500 a week to park

The views are spectacular here! This 3-bedroom Condo is so spacious and wonderful for entertaining! The only negative thing I would say is that the dining room chairs are awful. Mandy at the Itrip office is so sweet and accommodating. Next year will be our 3rd year staying here and just love it. It’s close to everything too.
