CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

Our stay at the commodore was great for the most part. The only complaint we had was the couch and love seat in the unit was so dirty we had to put comforters over them we found in one of the back closets to even be able to sit on them they were so grungy feeling. They definitely need to invest in some new one! And as far as Amber, our itrip vacations helper, she was great! She responded quickly to any concerns we had and was very helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at the commodore. The security was very helpful when we first got there in showing us the best place to park, eat, etc. When we got to the condo, it was very clean with the most amazing views. We had 3 families all staying together and it was very spacious for all of our needs. We will defiantly be staying here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Commodore! There was plenty of space and it had all of the necessities we needed for our trip! Amber was awesome and even helped facilitate retrieving husbands hat from the next door condos. We will be back!!

It was a fantastic trip. The atmosphere at the Commodore was relaxing and laid back. The condo itself could use some updating but it was clean and beautiful nonetheless.

We had a great trip for my daughter's senior trip, the weather was great, the condo was in a great location. The beach wasn't crowded where we were located. There were a few minor negative things with the condo. The blinds in the condo were broken in the king bedrooms and living rooms, one of the king rooms doors would not lock and that is also the room where most of the blinds were missing. Other minor details, there was no trash can in the King Bedroom bath, had lightbulbs out in that bathroom and the balcony had no table outside. The only other issue was the beds are extremely uncomfortable if you have back problems like my husband does this would not be a good fit. Overall we loved the condo, it was clean, a good amount of space, and great location.

The unit was clean upon arrival and the location was great. We stay at a lot of condo's in PCB and it is hard to find a good value for your money. We took a chance on this unit and were pleased. It is not the newest and it needs updated but it was clean, quiet, convenient, and a fair price. My only issue was when I was researching unit's, this one didn't have any reviews. When asked, this is the response I received: "This is Commodore. They just came on our rental program in December of 2020 after being completely remodeled after Hurricane Michael. They will have no reviews because we haven’t been in booking season until now to have any guests to do reviews. No; the fees are required. Thank you This place has not been remodeled - probably since the early 90's. (but is was clean)
