This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is just minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, so it is an easy golf cart ride away, and even close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." You, and your family are sure to fall in love with all this gorgeous home has to offer! Beautifully decorated, while still feeling comfortable, and welcoming for a family to enjoy.

The beach home itself, has an open concept first floor layout, making it the perfect place to hang with all the family ensuring that everyone is included. The kitchen offers beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless appliances, and seating for 4 at the kitchen counter overhang. There is also seating for an additional 6-8 people at the beautiful custom farm style kitchen table. Off of the kitchen is a Master Suite, complete with a King bed, and large master bathroom. The bathroom boasts double sinks, a gorgeous bath tub, as well as a walk-in shower. Also on the first level of the home is a half bath off the hallway, and a laundry room for your convenience. There is access from this laundry room to the back patio, where you will find the grill, outdoor seating, and an outdoor shower so you can leave the beach outside!

The second floor boasts 2 additional bedrooms, with queen beds, as well as a large loft area, and a full bathroom!! The loft area comes complete with a bar area, and an additional seating area. The bar has seating for 2 and a mini-fridge! There is also a sofa, and large flatscreen tv, and additional seating area. This loft also gives you access to a great balcony, where you will find additional space to hang out after a long day at the beach, and enjoy your morning coffee, or evening nightcap.

Heading up from the 2nd floor to the 3rd you will find yet another living area, and 2 sets of bunks with sleeping arrangement for 6!! In the living area of this sleeping loft you will find a queen sized sleeper sofa and flat screen tv, making the sleeping loft ideal for sleeping up to 8 kids!! The kids will also have a blast playing on the foosball table in this kids loft! There is also another full bathroom on this level with a shower/tub combo.

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.
