This was the second time we stayed in this condo at Ocean House. The only concern is the ocean side bedroom king size bed, which the mattress and frame is beginning to break down or just getting old. When two normal sized people sleep in it they roll to the middle of the bed through the night. Overall it is a good place to stay and we are looking forward to out next stay.

Location was good. Fenced yard for dogs was plus!! House could use some fresh paint on the walls and baseboards cleaned/painted. Tile floors in bathrooms don’t look clean. Larger frying pan would be nice. Extra blankets for the beds if it’s cold weather. Thanks!

Our family has stayed at this house for many years, this year for two weeks. Great house, recently renovated; and, great location - easy walk to beach and pool. 30A Shade makes it easy to rent daily beach chairs and umbrellas.

Property well maintained and clean upon arrival. Well Stocked kitchen. Property location to beach access was easy and quick walk. Size perfect for our group. Highly recommend this property. Great communication from property manager.
