The total experience was one of ease and grace. We were well treated when we had some booking issues that were quickly resolved. The unit is sparkling clean and better than advertised. The towels are soft and the bed very comfy. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the westgate! The condo was well appointed with all basic kitchen utensils and cookware. The beds and showers are definitely two highlights - the rainforest walk in shower also converts into a steam room. We ended up extending an additional week and the iTrip staff were very helpful.

We had a great time visiting Maui and the Napili Shores the grounds and the sunsets were wonderful. I feel quit sure we will return. My only suggestion is to update the unit we were in (120) it is definitely time. The four stars were given and not five strictly because of the condo being so outdated.

Location perfect 5 stars ⭐️ The unit is old and needs a lot of updating, the couch had a major lump in one cushion, we had to buy lights for the master bathroom it was so dark, recliner handle broken, condo smelled musty.

My wife and I really enjoyed our week in Orange Beach at the Admiral’s Quarters 1203. The condo was very clean and generously stocked with linens and kitchen equipment. We had a problem with the ice dispenser on the refrigerator but when we reported it, the repair man came promptly and took care of the situation. We will certainly plan to come again.
