NO PARTIES/LOUD NOISE TOLERATED

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

Whistler Town Home #14
5/5 stars
We had a great time staying in Steamboat for a small family reunion. The rental was perfect for what we needed! It was cozy but enough room, beds were comfortable, and a great location. The close distance to the shuttle to the mountain and downtown were big wins for us, and the easy check-in and check-out process were great!

Great place to stay. Affordable. Right across the street from the bus stop to take you to the mountain.
5/5 stars
I'd stay here again. Nice gas fireplace that heats the downstairs nicely. Bus stopped across the street. Only recommendation would to be to put some large Tumblr cups in the kitchen although there were some red solo cups. Otherwise the glasses are 12 oz.

Cozy condo and great location
5/5 stars
We had a great stay! The bedrooms are very comfortable and the downstairs living space was a great spot to hang pre and post skiing. The proximity to the bus stop was excellent (just across the street). Will be back!

Great Townhome!
5/5 stars
We had a wonderful stay at the Whistler townhome. The location is great close to many of the mountain bike trails, the ski area, and town. The beds were super comfy, the area was quiet and neighbors super friendly. The condo had everything you need and the hosts made sure check in was easy and everything was perfect for our stay.

Steamboat springs
1/5 stars
Nice place maybe in the winter, but not the summer. Bedroom windows face parking lot. People waking you up day and night. Out taking their garbage out at 5:40 in the morning banging . People coming home intoxicated screaming in front of the townhome. And people taking your parking space and parking in the walkways.
- Sherry

Sherry we wish you had a better stay, as many other people have really enjoyed this spot. We asked you about your stay and you didn’t report any of this or we would of looked into it. There’s no assigned parking here but always spots close by. Most of what you described could happen at any apartment complex anywhere you go.

Steamboat is amazing every time I visit. The condo was on the bus line making for a quick trip to the slopes and back for evening hot tubbing a making dinner in the well appointed kitchen. The place is perfect for 4 people and maybe 2 more if none of you are jerks ;)

Great Thanksgiving Stay!
5/5 stars
My family and I had a great and comfortable stay at unit 14. Everything look like the pictures and it was very clean. We had plenty of towels to go to the hot tubs which were new and the strawberry park for the natural hot springs. The washer and dryer were new and silent to do laundry while in the unit. The kitchen had every gadget. Overall a wonderful stay during our thanksgiving ski trip. Thank you for everything.

We had a great stay at this townhouse. It was the perfect size for our family, and we loved the style of the renovations. Everything was clean, in good working order, and as expected. We have no complaints and would stay again!
