We were VERY impressed with the cleanliness, location and size. The kitchen has all updated appliances and was stocked with cookware. The entire home had updated touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable!! Thank you so much for offering such a great place so close to all the things we wanted to do on our trip. We were able to walk to all the sites. 5* for sure!!

Nice place. You can't get any closer to the downtown folly beach area. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, peer, and the beech. Only complaint is that for whatever reason they only left one thing of toilet paper and we had to go buy more. I would recommend this place to others.

House was great and photos were accurate! Space was plenty and the 2 living areas really helped! Location was on point, just 5 minutes to the base of Beaver and 12 min to Vail, Avon is the perfect in between! It is pet friendly so if you have allergies, keep that in mind, animal hair was present.

My family and I loved our recent stay. The space was wonderful for 2 kids. The unit was clean and well provided. There were plenty of dishes and cookware available. Everything we needed was there. The view was great! Defiantly would stay here again.

Was there for 5 days last week. This was my second time at the unit. really great layout and very comfortable. Spacious and very welcoming for us. Cant beat the location plus all the amenities. Cant wait to go back soon.
