We have had a wonderful time here at Royal Garden. The place is very nice and very clean. We will recommend it to everyone. Great views of the ocean and sunrises. The staff at itrip have been fantastic. They have great communication and responded quickly to any issues. We will be using ITrip again.thanks for helping us have a great vacation and making wonderful memories!

Such a great feeling when you go on vacation and know that you have picked the right vacation home! This place is amazing! It is truly everything it says it is! We had six adults in our party and there is plenty of space and in a great location. You cant go wrong when booking this home. We give it a Five Star!

This is a very roomy, convenient condo. There’s lots of sleeping and eating space for a large family. It is furnished very nicely with a very large master bath. We were not lacking for anything. ITrip furnished a Pack and Play and a high chair for our littlest traveler. It was a great long weekend with all the summer activities in the mountains!

Location perfect, layout of home is great for reunions (everyone has own bathroom), place was sparkling clean when we arrived! Property managers very responsive. Kitchen well stocked and appreciated the starter toilet paper/paper towels/soaps. Just note there is no elevator and parking under the house was very narrow.

The house was great, well stocked and clean and nice. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks was non-existent but the shower was great! Overall, a very nice stay. Good location close to the Cherry Creek mall, the highways, etc.
